Christmas Stress-Buster Evening

7 December 2013 t 7pm

This is an interactive session and social looking at ways to de-stress over Christmas and make the most of the festive period.

Christmas can a stressful and sometimes difficult to many people for a range of reasons, perhaps it’s because they can’t be with people they like to be with due to loss/location/separation, maybe they can’t do what they want to do for similar reasons, finances, work commitments and family circumstances can dictate where and how we spend it.

This evening session is looking at how we can take control of Christmas, what it means to us and our perception of it through using personal development tools including NLP & Coaching.

It helps me manage numbers if you pre-pay on PayPal and RSVP for this event on our website.

I’ll be there early for a bar meal.

Great value – only £5 – All payments (minus the PayPal fee) go to Charity.

Refreshments are not provided though food & bar drinks are available for purchase from the venue.

Venue – Toby Carvery, Kingston Park

I received 2 new books for Christmas which were on my Amazon Wish List.  I love the option Amazon now have to add products to your wishlist.  On mine this Christmas there were a selection of books, audio books, DVD’s and a Flip Ultra HD.

When I was asked by family what I wanted for Christmas it was easy, I just came up with a few ideas from the Amazon Wish List and Hey Presto I got what I really wanted for Christmas.

Here are just a couple of things I asked for which I received;

  • Flip Ultra HD
  • Warriors Settlers and Nomads book by Terence Watts
  • The Adventures of Anybody by Richard Bandler

The Flip was brilliant I filmed and uploaded video on Christmas day.  I’ve started reading The Adventures Anybody and as it is a short book I will be starting warriors, settlers and nomads by the weekend.
